Our custom-made solution takes you through each stage of the clothes manufacturing cycle. We offer a low MOQ, bespoke tailoring, high craftsmanship and support through every step of the process. If we are unable to meet your requirements at our own facilities, we will put our network of 200+ Turkish factories to use.

This is where the magic starts. Based on your initial consultation, we will sketch your design using CLO 3D software and our skilful cutters will transform your references and specifications into the perfect pattern. To ensure that your pattern emerges into a flawless fit, we use the latest Dante Smart digital fabric plotters for this process.
If you want your dress to impress, the correct combination of fabric and colour is key. After having chosen your desired fabric composition, we will dye it into any desired colour of the Pantone system.
The first phase of production involves spreading piles of your chosen fabric onto a table and cutting them into product components. We follow a semi-manual process, as we are firm believers in our human capital. In due course, the components are taken to the sewing stations, where they are formed into the final pieces of clothing.
Upon completion of your raw garments, further signature is added in the form of embroidery, prints, buttons, zippers, tags. The devil is in the details!
In the final stage of production, your garments are steam-pressed and undergo quality control, being inspected for any defects. Upon completion, we prepare the documents and send your order out via air, sea or road.
